Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds. Please Contact us within this time frame for instructions on how to return or exchange items.

Jewelry and face coverings are FINAL SALE. There will be no exchanges, returns, or refunds on those items. 

EXCHANGE UPDATES: Please note that because of the circumstances, i am unfortunately limited in inventory at this time. If the sizes you want to exchange the items for are not in stock at the time of the exchange, the exchange might take longer to fulfill. If the sizes are completely SOLD OUT with no restock. We will have to issue you store credit.) Thank you in advance for your understanding. 

All exchanges will be at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from warehouse.

All exchanges are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for an exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged Items:

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and contact us immediately along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. 

Incorrect Order or Missing Items:

Upon receiving your order, check the delivered items. Should you receive an incorrect order or you believe that you are missing an item: please contact us immediately along with your Order Number.
